Ceremony Only Package

Announcing our New Ceremony only Package

For all of the Do It Yourself couples out there or those on a very tight budget we have created a Ceremony Only package.  We know how hard it is to plan an entire wedding and how stressful it can be.  The most common reason DYI brides come to us for help is that the biggest challenge for them is the Ceremony itself.
While the Officiant conducts the actual ceremony, they don't necessarily help everyone get down the aisle. They usually give a few guidelines or examples of how other couples have done it in the past then leave it up to you to come up with a game plan and timeline.  So that is why we created this package, we want you to be calm and relaxed on your wedding day so that you can focus on the important things like your vows.

This package includes:
  • One (1) Planning Session (approx 2 hours)(Ceremony planning only)
  • One (1) Professional Wedding Planner who will:
  • Conduct your Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
  • Create a Time Line for your Pre-Ceremony and Ceremony for the Day of your wedding
  • Be at your Ceremony up to 5 hours to:
  1. Receive your Floral delivery
  2. Pass out Personal Floral to bridal party, parents and honored guests
  3. Help guest as they arrive as needed
  4. Make sure Bridal Party is lined up and ready to go
  5. Cue music/singers when to begin
  6. Cue Bridal Party members when they are to move into their positions and to start walking down the aisle
  7. Help bride with gown and veil as she moves into position to begin her walk down the aisle.
  8. Help guests move through receiving line as quickly as possible
  9. Help remove all decorations and personal belongings left by guests and load them into your designated vehicle to be delivered to your reception.
Ceremony Only package: $250.00

How to tip Wedding Professionals

Who do I tip and who do I thank?

You thank everyone who worked on your wedding.  A simple thank you note is a great way to express your appreciation for their efforts.  When writing your thank you note, keep in mind that the vendor may want to use it on their web site testimonial page, after all that is probably one of the many reasons you picked them for your wedding.  So be honest in your praise and appreciation.

As far as tipping goes, you don’t have to tip anyone you don’t want to.  If a particular person or vendor stands out from the rest and you feel that they went above and beyond what was expected then a tip is in order.  Also consider if the person is working independently or for a company.  If they are an independent then you may not need to tip as they are retaining your whole fee.  If they are an employee of a company then you may want to tip them as most of the fee you paid will go to the company and not the employee.

Most venues add in a tip/gratuity/service fee/labor fee for their wait staff and set up/clean up staff so you should not tip unless the staff goes beyond the expected service.

We all love to get tips, as it tells us that we did an exceptional job, but tipping is not expected as we charge enough to cover our expenses and profit margin.  The best tip you can give your wedding planner and other vendors is by referring everyone you know to us.  If you know someone who is getting married give them the contact information for all of your vendors and suggest they call or ask them if you can give your wedding planner their number.

Your Wedding Planner can assist you in determining who should be tipped and who you should thank.

The following should always be tipped:

·         Your hair and makeup person 10% to 20%
·         The Church organist if they are not independently hired by you. $25 to $100
·         Your Officiant $25 - $100
·         Your Bartender $1 to $3 per guest or let them put a tip jar on the bar or a combination of both. (Exception to this is if there is a venue policy in regard to tipping and tip jars for the bar staff)
·         Limo Driver if you have not pre paid their tip.  Most limo companies will ask you to include the driver tip when you pay the contract.

Remember, talk with your Wedding Planner, They can help you work tipping into your budget.

Alright so the newest trend is planning a wedding all by yourself, whether its for financial or personal reasons however, you are missing out on what could be the difference between a hassle free wedding day to the flower girl running away, flower arrangements being misplaced, and unhappy tears on your special day. Listen close: GET A WEDDING PLANNER!!!!!

And here's benefits of having a wedding planner:
Planners can SAVE you money.
We look over contracts to get all that you deserve from vendors.

We have a numerous contacts to get the best deals. More than likely the planner has worked or researched all the florists, venues, djs, and other vendors and can give you client reviews.

Brides can get wrapped up in things like how pretty a venue is or deciding which dish to serve for dinner. On the other hand the planner is sizing up the venue from parking spaces to how the tables should be set up to seat guests comfortably.

I know that brides have their wedding all dreamed up in their heads but when it comes down to hard details, its always great to have someone who knows the wedding industry to lend a helping hand. So don't be shy search around and find a wedding planner near you. Trust me you won't regret it!!!!

Picture the warm, white sand wedged between your toes, the reds, yellows, and oranges as the sun dips below the horizon, and laying in the arms of the one you love. Pristine beaches are just waiting for you to arrive! A big part of a wedding is after the I dos and first dances, we call it the Honeymoon. The honeymoon is a time to enjoy your new spouse in a stress free environment and just being wrapped up in each other. Deciding where to go can sometimes be tricky, however, we have found 5 amazing destinations for the honeymoon.

St. Johns, Virgin Islands
Surrounded by beach after beach, St. Johns offers several activities. Couples can spend the day on the beach or scuba dive or kayaking.

New Zealand
Australia's younger brother, New Zealand is a great couples getaway. Couples can take air tours from private helicopters seeing all that New Zealand has to offer. There are food and wine tours, swimming with dolphins, and much more throughout the lush land.

Bora Bora
Bora Bora is a artist's palette of blues and greens, completely surrounded by sandy beaches. Couples can snuggle up in private overwater bungalows. When you aren't wrapped up in your bungalow, you can take sunset sailboat cruises or ride the waves of jet skiis.

Bali, Indonesia
Clear skies above, crystal waters below make Bali a perfect honeymoon spot. Couples can do anything from white water rafting to cooking classes to couples massages.

Acapulco, Mexico
Just below the United States border is a place of romanticism and excitement in Acapulco, Mexico. Take your pick of cliff diving or private hikes on the beaches. That's just things to do during the day, Acapulco offers many restaurants and entertainment to dazzle you at night.

No worries all the places are filled with exotic wildlife and tons of shopping for the ladies!!!!
